National Property Consulting Group (NPC) is always looking for engineers and architects with solid experience in any of the following:
- Property Condition Assessments (equity level – deep experience in hotels, warehouses or affordable housing is a plus)
- Energy Assessments (compliance, audits, energy project development, RCx, project management)
- Roof Consulting (assessments, design, quality assurance)
The ability to work independently and travel is required.
